Woodbury Health Products acknowledges that our representative made an error and neglected to apply the 5% discount to [redacted] orderUpon learning of the error from [redacted] our representative apologized and advised we would credit the $that is owed to the customer [redacted] declined this offer and said that she would refuse the shipmentUnfortunately the representative and [redacted] were unable to come to a resolution on this callA few days later, the Manager called [redacted] to see if things had calmed down and we could be of better assistance [redacted] and our manager were able to come to an agreement and it was concluded that [redacted] would like to change the size that was originally orderedTo avoid any further confusion and to appease the situation, Woodbury Health Products agreed to give [redacted] a full credit and send free samples for her to choose a new product and set up an exchange [redacted] was very happy with this outcomeWe at Woodbury Health Products are also content that we were able to resolve this matter with [redacted] and look forward to working with her.? Please let us know if any further information is neededWe hope that our explanation as well as confirmation from [redacted] will resolve and this complaint.? Thank you
