The client *** was given a consultation before starting the service in which she received a “Lace Closure Sew In”. During the consultation I explained to *** that a lace installation is a luxury service and would need to be tended to more regularly than a traditional sew in. The maintenance for lace can vary from once a week to every day depending on how the client care for the lace or even how the client perspire. Furthermore, during the installation I informed *** that her wefts/tracks will need to be cut because they were thick and if folded she would not have a flat sew in and she said that it was okay to cut them so I proceeded. *** did not immediately call to request a refund like she has stated, in fact she received her service on March 13th, and did not reach out to me until March 22nd which is a normal time frame for lace to be reapplied. Her dates in her statement are wrong*** I never said that the “errors” she claimed I made was because her hair was fine I told *** I chose to install her hair in a way that would protect her hair and prevent more thinning as her hair is already fine. *** came to me received her service, said she would be back, thanked me, tipped me, and even took pictures which further proves *** was satisfied with her service once she left my salon.
