the business herein was contracted to install a new roof on a portion of a block that we own.The work performed is incomplete does not comply with any standard and flashing along side of the building is not secured or complete causing leaks in the downstairs rooms. Flashing along the walls does not meet roofing standards and screws are already backing away from the material used. The pitch of the roof is not what was requested by the directors and as a result water remains puddled on the roof and is no doubt causing some leakage downstairs.Material still remains on the roof causing problems with runoff.To say the least the job is awful,incomplete and needs major changes to have a roof that protects.Desired Settlementneed the work completed ,up to code and a pitched roofas described by directors to contractor in complete area for proper runoff
