May 24, 2015Dear whom it may concern,I am writing with reference to Revdex.com Complaint ID number *** of April 27, 2015.Unfortunately, I was not at the C.JHaircuts-Centreville when the incident happenedAccording to my employees, *** *** has a habit of falling asleep during haircutsSo our employees always had their hand on his head to hold his headOn the day of the incident, he fell asleep as usual so the barber who was cutting *** ***'s hair had to hold his headDuring haircut, all of the sudden, *** *** startled awake from sleepThen he flew into a sudden range*** *** argued that the barber yelled at him, so I asked him why he yelledHe explained he tried to explain the situation, but he could not communicate well due to limited English fluencyHe got frustrated and started yelled back at *** ***.I think what may have happened is to *** *** is he might had a hypnic jerk, which is an involuntary twitch which occurs just as a person is beginning to fall asleep, often causing them to awaken suddenly for a momentPhysically, hypnic jerks resemble the "jump" experienced by a person when startled, often accompanied by a falling sensationHe might have misunderstood the falling sensation as the barber pushing his head.No matter what the reason behind it, it is something that has caused inconveniences to all of usWe will refund the money *** *** paid in a gesture of reconciliation.Yours sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:It is a total lie to say I had fallen asleep. How could any one fall asleep while the barber kept pushing and twist his head harshly?
The barber started yelling once I asked him stopping pushing and twist my head for a minute or two.
I demand a formal apology from the barber shop in addition to the refund for their mistreatment of customers.
