I am rejecting this response because:
MS [redacted]:   I didn't receive the check sent on 1/4/2018. I am requesting [redacted] to send us total $450.00 once now. Thank you very much.   ([redacted]

[redacted] and I made arrangements to pay back that $900.00 dollars in 4 payments of $225.00, as we made 2 and another 1 being sent out today... This 900.00 dollars was a deposit that she gave us to in upgrade her septic tank. She knew we could not do anything until...

she hired someone to do a perk test..[redacted] then asked us ([redacted] Contruction)) to find someone to perform the perk test.. [redacted] and I spent days and a lot of our time and gasoline looking for a company that would perform this job in LaHabra.. We could not find anyone so we we unable to perform our job with the Septic tank, but used some of her $900.00 dollar deposit to search for a company that would perform a Perk test.. That’s when we made a agreement to return her deposit in 4 payments, as we used some of her deposit for her job and we did not have the full payment to return..This is our response to the complaint assigned to us #12508506..
