C.J. Alterations

Dissatisfied with the alteration performed on 3 pairs of pants. I took 4 pairs of pants I had just purchased in for alterations. All of the pants were requiring multiple areas of adjustment--including the waist, down the leg, and the length of the leg. There was only one pair that did not require an adjustment at the waist. When I picked up the pants, I was dissatisfied alterations done on 3 of the pants. The only pair I was satisfied with did not have to be altered in the waist. When the waist was altered on the 3 pairs, it was down at the seam in the rear. It bunched the material in the back and brought the pockets too close together. I paid over $220 for the total alteration of 4 pants. Plus, the cost of purchasing the pants. I returned to the shop and asked for, at minimum a partial refund, offering to leave the pants there. The tags remain on the pants and I have not and will not wear them. They would not offer to make any type of reparation.Desired Settlementrefund for the alteration
