We unfortunately must admit that our personnel did not perform to our standards on this job, and after fifteen years of business, we have had to respond to our first complaint with the Revdex.com We have taken every effort to work through our issues and work deficiencies with Mr [redacted] , and have satisfactorily resolved them and received payment from him on 7/28/ While we were certainly at fault in the quality of some of our work, we did take steps to correct things ultimately to Mr [redacted] 's satisfaction Unfortunately, mistakes are sometimes made and complications sometimes arise with projects But, our practice is to address them, not avoid them We do want to make it clear that we throughout the process were in communication about the issues, and that we did not avoid phone calls, etc Our answering service records vouch for the fact that we only received three phone calls from Mr [redacted] from May through July, all of which were related to our invoice Eric T [redacted] , our estimator / project manager, was our single representative working with Mr [redacted] throughout the process, and his dedication to seeing things to completion is responsible for the ultimate resolution Our work quality has been critically important to our long standing success We expect professionalism from our technicians, and we do not tolerate a pattern of poor workmanship and quality Because of the issues with Mr [redacted] 's project, as well as some other factors, we have dismissed the technician that was involved on this jobOur market place reputation and our self imposed expectations require that we be true to our standards We certainly appreciate Mr [redacted] 's patronage, and his patience, and hope that we have an opportunity to be of service to him again Steve C [redacted] Owner House Doctors
We unfortunately must admit that our personnel did not perform to our standards on this job, and after fifteen years of business, we have had to respond to our first complaint with the Revdex.com. We have taken every effort to work through our issues and work deficiencies with Mr***, and have
satisfactorily resolved them and received payment from him on 7/28/17. While we were certainly at fault in the quality of some of our work, we did take steps to correct things ultimately to Mr***'s satisfaction. Unfortunately, mistakes are sometimes made and complications sometimes arise with projects. But, our practice is to address them, not avoid them. We do want to make it clear that we throughout the process were in communication about the issues, and that we did not avoid phone calls, etc. Our answering service records vouch for the fact that we only received three phone calls from Mr*** from May through July, all of which were related to our invoice. Eric T***, our estimator / project manager, was our single representative working with Mr*** throughout the process, and his dedication to seeing things to completion is responsible for the ultimate resolution Our work quality has been critically important to our long standing success. We expect professionalism from our technicians, and we do not tolerate a pattern of poor workmanship and quality. Because of the issues with Mr***'s project, as well as some other factors, we have dismissed the technician that was involved on this jobOur market place reputation and our self imposed expectations require that we be true to our standards We certainly appreciate Mr***'s patronage, and his patience, and hope that we have an opportunity to be of service to him again Steve C*** Owner House Doctors
