On Thursday, November 19, 2015 at 14:08 we received a call from [redacted] County Dispatch stating they needed a tow truck at the [redacted] for a [redacted] Police Deportment accident. Our driver, Mick, was en-route to the scene immediately there...

after. Mick arrived on scene at 14:27.  He loaded up the vehicle on dollies, cleaned up any debris and left the scene of the accident at 14:49.  At the direction of the vehicle owner, Ms. [redacted], we towed her vehicle  to her residence. Mick then maneuvered the vehicle where she wanted it and put away all his equipment.  He was complete at 15:29 then he wrote up the bill. (We have GPS tracking uhit on all
our equipment and we took these exact times off the report.)
We are a Registered Tow Truck Operator (RTTO) within [redacted] State and are governed with the Department of Licensing as well os the [redacted] State Patrol. We register our fees each year in compliance with WAC 204-91A·140. For City Police the charge $240 per  hour from the time we are en-route to the time we are dear, in quarter hour increments. In this case the time was
from 14:08-15:29. As she was in the second quarter of the second hour, the charge should have
been $240 x 1.5• $360 plus 7.9'7.sales tax for a total of $388.44. Ms. [redacted] was charged for only 1.25 hours paying a total of $323.70.
