I am rejecting this response because: this was not the case
I called in about getting an alarm system and was told that they would have to come out to give mr a quote I decide not to go with them told them it was fine the end so I thought few days maybe a week later I receive a email of the agreement with everything fill out with all my information gave to them so I called in and was told that someone was just trainig and they use me for it since my prolfie was incomplete I just dont feel its fair or right to use people information for trainig

I've spoken to the consumer by phone she was upset that we emailed her a quote after she found out she did not qualify for a free systemWe have removed her information from our system and will no longer make contact
