Review: I ordered a pair of slippers from this company on Dec. [redacted]. Inquired twice by email between Dec. [redacted] and Jan [redacted] about where the item was. No response and still no package.Desired Settlement: Full refund of my purchase.

Review: Over two weeks ago (july **) I ordered five pairs of shoes from CitySlips, Receipt No: [redacted] for $123.85. They immediatley charged my credit card through Paypal but never sent a receipt or any tracking information. I've called twice, emailed, and sent messages through [redacted] but no one will respond as to whether they've shipped the shoes, if they'll ever ship the shoes, or any acknowledgement of my contact to them. I've read several other reviews that they won't respond and that they won't send their products. So now I want my money back and be done with them.Desired Settlement: I want my $123.85 back.
