Tell you that test results are available in 3-5 days. Have been checking patient portal and can't get test results. Telephoned and now being told that it's "business days" not "calendar days". Also, visit was listed as "TBC" and no information as to purpose of visit or test administered. WILL NEVER GO TO CITYMD AGAIN! CANNOT BE TRUSTED!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!. Was told test results would be available in 3-5 days. Called and now being told that it's "business days". They are LIARS because it's now 6 days not the 3-5 that they tell you when going for a test! Never clarified that the use "business days" as services are available 7 days a week. Went on patient portal and "appointment" listed as TBC; no information as to what test was administered during the visit.
