Dear [redacted] , I just received your complaint regarding [redacted] 's stay with us at our Ballard location – we did not return her belongings upon check out at the end of her daycare stay I’m so sorry about this! We do strive for perfection – this is one of our Core Values It’s upsetting to everyone when we make a mistake I apologize and I want to thank you for your feedback and your continued loyalty to Citydog! Club I’ve talked to our Manager on how to avoid this moving forward The remainder of your daycare package has been transferred to our downtown location Additionally, I’m going to add complimentary daycare days and a complimentary Bath & Brush to make up for any inconvenience this has caused you I will speak to our manager, Megan L***, at our Downtown location to insure this is applied to your account Thank you for your patience in this matter and we look forward to taking care of [redacted] !
