listed as a responsible party on the contract and is unknown to City Wide.On 5/8/15 City Wide performed a standard pre-depurture inspection of the above vehlcle mentioned. It was at this timethere was an unforeseen electricalissue dlsc=overed causingthe veh1cle to lose power and consequently the engine's ability to operate. City Wide promptly contacted Ms. [redacted] and explained the Issue. Due to Prom Season, all of our limousines were booked. Rather than leaving the Prom attendees without a limousine, we exhausted every effort to locate a replacement vehicle through alternate limousine companies in our area. We were finally able to find a 10 passenger Lincoln stretch limousine from an outside affiliate, which was immediately dispatched and on time.Ms. [redacted] was understandably upset by the above circumstances and requested to speak with the owner, who was out of town on business and unable to be Immediately reached. As compensation, we credited $200 from the balance due and offered the group 3 hours of complimentary limousine service In the Chrysler 300, worth $280. An additional $150 credit was offered via Social Media bringing the total amount of compensation offered to $630.This was an unforeseen and unpreventable mechanical Issue which was immediately communicated to the customer. During ourconversations with Ms. [redacted] we repeatedly apologized for the unfortunate circumstances. City Wide exhausted every effort to rectify the situation by searchingfor and providing an alternate limousine rather than cancelling the trip and leaving the kids stranded. We feel the total amount offered as compensation was fair and reasonable.

Review: My teenager daughters and her 9 friends rented a Chrysler 300 stretch Limo for this company for 840 dollars. On the night of the prom approximately 2 hours before a call was received that this very new garaged car that had previously been expected by two parents was broken and unable to arrive to pick the groups up at the contracted pick up locations. My issues:1.Customer Service: The secretary stated " The owner will not call you, I am just a messenger, and I am reaching him by text." Disappointed that the owner would not call concerned parents back.2. Product: The old white rusted Lincoln, that we received from an outsourced company, a vehicle they don't even use anymore was unacceptable. In addition we could not decline at this point and was forced to use this vehicle for transportation to the prom.3. Refund: Your discount of 200 hundred dollars and a ride in the Chrysler 300 when fixed, is not important to these teenagers that worked hard to save money to ride in a elegant car but received a hooptie.Proms come once in a lifetime.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology to all parties involved. I also would like this company to take additional money off the original bill of 840 dollars, they do not need a ride in the Chrysler 300 now, they needed for prom.
