As stated by the company: We did respond to the service call regarding the complaint. Our sales rep did make a service call and scanned the attic area with a thermo Imaging gunto detect any loss of heat. During this scan, one area was discovered and immediately corrected. - This is incorrect. I do not know if the rep scanned the area but I know that nor correction took place. The offer provided by the company included the repair and additional work. I am not sure if the new owners are interested to pay for more work by this company because of the job in question NOT done properly in the first place. They and I are interested at this point to get the missed area repaired. If that work is done sufficiently and satisfactorily, additional work may be considered. The only other interest on our side was to consider the extra work when the person is already in the attic area if we would split the cost so that we would pay for the material and the company cover the cost of labor. But no decision will be made until the company is willing to take care of the missed area which was part of the original job and paid for.
