They came out to my property for a quote but had a bad attitude about doing the work to repair my fenceNever heard back on the quote tried to call but never got a call backI heard from other neighbors stating they had the same experienceI quess unless your willing to pay thousands for a new fence they are not interested in the workEveryone should be aware

I made an appointment with owner, Bob ***, to give me a quote on repairing my fence He did not show up and when I called to find out why, he said that he was out with his crew and forgot about me He's unreliable and does not consider his customers as important Find a company that does think you're important

This company installed a fence for the neighbor behind us (between our two yards) in Feb 2005. We felt the quality of the work was good and the supervisor was on hand checking the work being done. When they came out June 2005, a different crew came out and they were unsupervised. they did not appear to have any experience. The posts were not set in a straight line, the posts were not embedded properly, the convex at the top was not cut properly and the wood appeared to be of lesser quality. There were a lot of nails that missed the posts and the gate lock was misaligned. They sent someone out to make improvements, but not to our satisfaction. We called the company Aug 2009 because the posts were leaning. They sent someone out to reset the posts. By this May 2015, some of the posts were leaning again. We asked them to give us an estimate for repairing the fence understanding it was no longer under warranty. They did not return our calls, so another co made repairs.
