I had a terrific experience with Citywide Fence and owner, Tom S***, who repaired gates and a sagging fence IN LESS THAN AN HOUR In fact, only hours passed between the first call to him and his completion of the workI only wish he had been on my radar screen sooner because I've needed this work done for months!
Tom hit all the right buttons: he returned my calls immediately, he gave advice and estimates on those calls, he scheduled the work for the very next day, he arrived early and worked non-stop until he was done Most impressive, he told me I only needed repairs to the current woodwork and discouraged me from paying extra for replacing wood or hardware that really didn't need replacement
I applaud his knowledge, customer service, work ethic and work quality It was a great experience from first call to final work completion He will be my first call if I need future repairs or replacement and I recommend him to anyone needing fence workIt was a pleasure all the way around
