One month with horrible service. Multiple calls and visits from technicians who all told me different things but took multiple steps to correct those multiple issues. After last visit the technician told me I may have a faulty router, which I had to purchase from the company when I signed up. When I contacted customer service again I was told my concerns would get passed on to a manager. The next day the OWNER of the company called me and [redacted] He told me all issues were on my end and we're my fault, even though every tech that had come, had found and fixed yet another issue. He told me my only option was to switch service providers [redacted] . I was very shocked in the manner of which the OWNER treated me because up to that point all of the customer service representatives had been very understanding and polite.
