I am rejecting this response because: It is inaccurate Business made correction after Card company contacted his business On the 24th of January the account was corrected- not before the complaint was made on the 22nd The matter is now settled

The customers account was credited prior to the complaint being issued,have contacted customer and asked her to contact us if our records are wrongWe have not heard back from customer and consider this issue closed
