We did not wipe off our car, that is a complete lie!! We never spoke to any housekeeper or director, other then asking for a bar of soap as we passed her walking out of the buildingSomeone is obviously lying to save their job because they damaged one of their towels, and tried to blame it on the customer This is a shameNobody from the hotel ever called us back after our complaintThey said they would contact the GM and the dining manager, and nobody got back to usTHAT is why we had to file this complaintNobody offered to resolve the issueBad customer service and basic problem solving on the part of the management
