Business called the consumer after receiving Revdex.com complaint, apologized and explained they only had one driver. She gave him a 20% or 30% discount off next order - it is in their system under his phone number.

In response to the complaint, the girls whom touched the food has been spoken to and even is enrolled in a continuing education class about food safety. After speaking with the manager on duty that day, he informed me he did refund the customer her money and also offered her fresh slices that would be out of the oven in about 4 minutes.
