I have spoken to the Anesthesia Provider and they have stated that they are in constant communcation with this patientThey also stated that the patient and their company have filed appeals with the patient's insurance company and are waiting to hear backThey have also notified me that they have told this patient that she will not be billed the out of network rateUnfortunately not all insurance companies accept all Providers; that is why we have an agreement that none of our patients will be billed out of network ratesThis patient can contact me a the hospital at ###-###-#### if she wishes to discuss her concernsI have also asked that someone from the Anesthesia Group calls her again today
