Review: I booked four hotel reservations on 9/**/2013 and then called back to cancel them on 9/**/2013. These phone calls can be proven by my phone records. The hotel claims that no one at their front desk spoke to me to cancel these reservations on 9/**/2013 and refuses to refund the $2,400 that has been charged to my credit card.Desired Settlement: A refund.
