City Center Motel

I walked in to the motel a rented a room for 1 night the owner gave smoking room with the ac turned off its at 115 degrees outside the AC was off in that room I waited 30 minutes in the room AC wasn't cooling down at all I went back to office the owner insulted me started to yell I paid for a smoking room 67.80 cheap room I said then you should of told me that if I wanted ac my room would be more expensive I told him I wanted a refund he stated no because he knew I just wanted room for 1 reason and started to insult me I left called my bank to dispute charge owner stated I should have paid more for 2 beds ac on in those rooms
