Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
The customer requested their iPhone be unlocked, regular unlocking for that model is $79.99+tax but out vendor was offering expedited unlocking which was offered for $190+taxThe customer payed $190+tax for expedited unlocking which was indeed not fulfilled as our vendor was having delays with
unlockings on iPhonesCustomer called and demanded a full refund which we advised could not be issued as the unlocking had indeed been doneWe agreed to refund the customer $on 09/19/which was refunded in cashAt this moment we sincerely apologize for the time delay and can refund the customer the extra amount that was payed for the expedited processThis in turn grants the customer a refund of $190.00+tax - $79.99+tax = $110.01+tax this would be the fee of the expedition, minus the $that were already refunded to the customer on 09/19/2014, the remaining and final refund would be for the amount of $70.01+tax which would be refunded in the original form of payment

Review: I was going on a trip overseas and paid to expedite the un locking of my cell phone. The cell phone w's never unlocked while I was on my trip. It finally beamed unlocked over a month after I returned from my trip. I asked for my money back since the service was never delivered on time. I paid $190.00 + taxes to this company. All they would return is $40.00. I feel I am entitled to at least the expedition fee that they charged me which would be $133.50 + taxes.Desired Settlement: Refund
