We are sorry that the guests did not get what they wantedWe want theguest to be happy at our City BuffetWhile we certainly regret the factthat the food served to you did not meet your standards, we alsoappreciate the opportunity you have given us to improve.We have many Regular customers coming to us, and we enjoy seeingthem as well as each of our customersAs a matter of fact, we did have aninspector of Health Department ,on January 26,2017, which it's two daysafter the guests came, the inspector investigated our foodPlease view theattached documentWe do require every staff to strictly follow every ruleof Food Safety every day in order to provide a better, clean and safedining place.Again, we sincerely apologize and we would like to fully refund to theguestsWe hope that we may be able to serve the guests better
