City 2 City Movers

The movers slammed the uhaul door down on my son television, I was standing there and the mover apologized, well when I went turn the tv on it has a crack in the scren, called to let the mover know what happened, the guy said he would reimburse me, the 10 minutes later got a call from the owner stating tgats not the process and I would have to file a claim. I filed a claim online on Aug 19 . I have not heard from the insurance company ae of Sept 5 , I emailed the moving company and I have called both numbers and no has yet to relace the tv or call me back. This is bad business.
