Citrus Meadows Apartments

Citrus Meadows is a nice older small apartment community near downtown Bradenton I have lived here for a few years now and the new ownership has been doing a great job keeping this community clean and are very responsive to any maintenance issues I may have This community does not have a pool or fitness center but has a real nice laundry room on siteNo pets are permitted so your kids can actually play on the grass I have seen the previous owner run this place down but I can honestly say the new management has made a big difference and I am happy to renew my lease even with a rent increase as I see they are spending money to keep this place nice
