[redacted] I just wanted to follow up on the complaint Mr [redacted] made about our billing His original rental agreement clearly stated that as soon as the room is cleared out rent stops on the apartment when a renter passes away I called him the day after his mom passed to gently remind him know of this(3/21/16) It is always difficult when a parent passes away and talking about moneyHe came in the next day and came into my office and we talkedHe said he was going to go up to the room and start collecting things, but thought maybe some of the furniture was ours I said I only knew of a chair that was ours and the lazy boy and bed would need to be disposed of, the rest was his to take care of I stated that IF we disposed of those items there would be a fee for a bin rental He went up to the room and left without disposing of anything He told a staff member he would be backIn the first week of April a new billing started and I called again to remind him He came back a week later and only took the TV and small fridge only When I went up and realized her clothing and personal items were still in the room I called and left a message I did in good faith stop the billing on 4/8, even though we still cleaned out the room and disposed of almost everything in the room, including personal items We mailed statements, he said he never receivedAfter receiving this complaint I reached out to Mr [redacted] and emailed an explanation of the invoice He then sent the payment in full

gently remind him know of this(3/21/16). It is always difficult when a parent passes away and talking about money. He came in the next day and came into my office and we talked. He said he was going to go up to the room and start collecting things, but thought maybe some of the furniture was ours. I said I only knew of a chair that was ours and the lazy boy and bed would need to be disposed of, the rest was his to take care of. I stated that IF we disposed of those items there would be a fee for a bin rental. He went up to the room and left without disposing of anything. He told a staff member he would be back. In the first week of April a new billing started and I called again to remind him He came back a week later and only took the TV and small fridge only. When I went up and realized her clothing and personal items were still in the room I called and left a message. I did in good faith stop the billing on 4/8, even though we still cleaned out the room and disposed of almost everything in the room, including personal items. We mailed 2 statements, he said he never received. After receiving this complaint I reached out to Mr. [redacted] and emailed an explanation of the invoice. He then sent the payment in full.
