September 21, 2016Complaint ID Number: [redacted] To whom it may concern,We sent this customer an Instrument Cluster that came out of a [redacted] ***c as he requestedWe told him prior to the purchase that we do not warranty the partWe don't guarantee electrical parts periodThis customer called us times yesterday and we tried our best to explain to him our policy and that we indeed removed the part out of the correct vehicleOn our website we only showed to have on [redacted] ***His part did not come out of any other vehicle we only had one of these vehicles.The customer can insist all he wants that we sent him the incorrect part however, it came out of the vehicle he requestedRespectfully, Citrons' Used Auto Parts, Inc [redacted]
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:like citron stated in his response it was the 20th day when carlis contacted himWhich is still warranty period Citron lies when they say Carlos accepted to pay full rebuilt price for engine with his own parts [redacted] took his engine to camp are the engines due to the fact that the first engine they sold him was the wrong one Citron had said it would fit and it didn't Which everything was still within warranty periodCan I send the recordings I have? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] I have recordings of the day I went in person the third time still within the days and was told it may be a different part I also have proof from citrons own mechanic That he was instructed by citron to switch the parts out on customer They ask customer to bring in old engine to compare it, instead citron had mechanic steal partsI have two witnesses and the mechanics recorded confession as well
