Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. According to our records, Ms. [redacted] signed up for a 14 day trial of our products on February 17th, 2016....

When signing up for the trial, Ms. [redacted] would have been required to agree to the terms and conditions, which state that customers are agreeing to the 14 day trial of the product and that if the customer does not contact us, either by calling or email, within 14 days, that the customer will be charged the full price on the 15th day. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. As a result, we often make exceptions and refund customers who may have forgotten to cancel in time.
