Review: I received a phone call from 304-289-7889 from a company claiming to be [redacted]. This phone number is listed through Citizens Telecommunications Company of West Virginia. The sales representative for [redacted] was VERY RUDE and hung up on me. When I tried to call the phone number back I get a recorded message stating that the phone number is no longer in service? Seriously, up set me that someone called me claiming to be my credit card carrier and when I called back the number is no longer in service? My complaint in that Citizens Telecommunications Company of West Virginia is allowing their phone number to contact me and when I attempt to call back I get the message instead of a live person on the phone. The company using the phone number is also listed as a SCAM!Desired Settlement: PLEASE EITHER DISCONNECT YOUR NUMBER OR ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO CONTACT THE CREDIT CARD SERVICE CARRIER. IT IS WRONG THAT A CREDITOR CALLS OFFERING TO LOWER INTEREST RATES WHEN IN FACT THIS PHONE NUMBER IS CONNECTED TO A SCAM! PLEASE TAKE ACTION ACCORDING IMMEDIATELY. HOW MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS WILL BE SCAMMED BEFORE SOMETHING IS ACTUALLY DONE?
