complainant is in Henrietta, New York. Our company does not and never has had a branch located in or near Henrietta, New York. This is a suburb of [redacted], New York. Our closest branch office is located in Clarks Summit Pennsylvania at nearly 200 miles from the address.2. The complainant stated "The monies were paid to [redacted], pay which I have never used."We conducted an internet search on the payee and found it to most likely be the [redacted] Gas & Electric as the property listed is located in a suburb of [redacted] New York.
3. Our Deposit Operations staff searched our databases search for the following:complainant's full name, complainant's surname, complainants address, the dollar figure given and the payee ([redacted]). We did not find any matches with any of the criteria given by the complainant.
Citizens Savings Bank does not serve the Henrietta or [redacted], New York areas. All branch locations for Citizens Savings Bank have only been located in northeastern Pennsylvania, serving the residents of Lackawanna, Wayne and Monroe counties for more than twenty years.

We received your letter as well as the customer complaint letter today, November 23, 2015. We believe the plaintiff has filed this notice against the wrong financial institution. Our reasons are as follows:
1. As the complainant stated, "upon visiting bank branch in...

Shrewsbury, PA...", our company does not and never has had a branch located in Shrewsbury, PA.2. As the complainant stated "Upon opening my account in Erie, PA.”, our company does not and never has had a branch located in Erie, PA.
3. As the complainant stated, "I have my 2 direct deposits and car loan with Citizens...", we have scrubbed our database and we do not have any of the accounts as claimed in the letter.
The first office mentioned is located in in York County and the office where said account was opened is located in Erie County, Citizens Savings Bank does not serve either of those areas. All branch locations for Citizens Savings Bank have only been located in northeastern Pennsylvania, serving the residents of Lackawanna, Wayne and Monroe counties for more than twenty years.Maybe the complainant can verify the routing number for the direct deposits mentioned in their letter to compare with our bank ([redacted]) routing number.
