Review: My husband and I were charged an appraisal fee of $525 on 4/10/2015. We withdrew our loan due to awful service on 4/14 and received our withdraw confirmation letter dated 4/20/2015. We were told that the fee would be refunded to us in about 30 days. An appraisal was never completed. The loan never even made it to processing. I have tried multiple times to speak with someone about the status of our refund only to never hear back from the person I spoke with. When I try to call back, no one responds. We want our $525 fee refunded since literally nothing was done for our loan.Desired Settlement: Refund.
