Review: A company representative called me to discuss a quote for insurance. When I asked for the quote amount, he said he'd have to gather more information. I said I provided all of the information requested on the form, and he said, "If you don't want to cooperate, that's fine, you don't have to be a [redacted] about it". I asked to speak to someone else, and he hung up.Desired Settlement: Find the agent that harassed me, and fire him.Don't waste my time with harassment calls.

I called the gentleman who lodged the complaint, in response to a form he submitted, requesting we contact him to provide an insurance quote. He provided only a name, email address, phone number, and business name on a form, which is not enough information to generate an insurance quote. I asked if he could provide a few more pieces of information to complete the quote process, and he demanded that I just give him his "number." I explained that I needed just a bit more information about his business to return a quote, and again he demanded we just give him his number. At this point I said, "I'm sorry if there was some kind of misunderstanding; I won't be able to help you any further with this quote," and disconnected the call. Neither party used vulgar language at any time during this conversation. I apologize if there was a miscommunication as to the process of obtaining an insurance quote. After the exchange, I immediately flagged this person in our computer system as someone who is not to be contacted in the future, and sincerely hope he finds the insurance coverage he needs with a different company.
