I purchased an HVAC system from Therm-A-Trol in April 2018. In total, I spent $12,900.00 on the system. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the system damaging my home with water/condensation as well as a terrible customer service experience with Therm-A-Trol. I’ve since had to hire another company to come in and fix the initial work completed by Therm-A-Trol. As of today, I have spent an additional $5,600.00 and would like for Therm-A-Trol to reimburse me for my additional unforeseen expenses. Therm-A-Trol should reimburse me because I had no other choice but to hire another company to fix my HVAC system. In fact, prior to hiring the other company, Therm-A-Trol failed on numerous occasions to fix the install problems that caused said damage to my home. In total, there were 6 home repair attempts. After multiple attempts/failures and a sudden lack of communication, I was left with no other choice but to obtain an outside company to come in and review Therm-A-Trol's inst

Technician very unprofessionalangry and threatening He left outside unit disassembled He had done maintenance last month, only to have it not working now He didn't like me asking questions so he abruptly left my home..........Stay clear of this business
