Review: Arrangement was made 1 week prior to the actual to the round trip and when it came for the actual pick up there was a misunderstanding and a second van had to be arranged for pick up. The aid that is assisting my 84yr old father called ahead to arrange for pick up for the return trip to his residence so I called and arranged for the pick up and the dispatcher told me he was on his way. 30 minutes later the aide called frantic telling me the van was not there yet and requested the phone number. So both of us called at the same time complaining about the service and the dispatcher was apologetic but I told her my father had nothing to eat all day and had to be picked up ASAP. I later called management and registered my complaint and the gentlemen was aware of the situation and only offered apologies I was referred to this company by the nursing home where my father was a residence for some time.Desired Settlement: At least for the trip on the [redacted] of April if they ever want to keep my business as a customer.

Review: I had an agreement with Citiwaste to pick up the disposal waste every other month and they have not followed the agreement.Desired Settlement: I should not be charged for the remaining balance because the terms of the agreement were not abided by.
