the company lied over the phone abot prices and product contracts said the payment was 1 time only and id have to call back to proceed with futurebuys
the company is a sham they said what ever it took to get you to say yes and lied about products quantity and prices and said it was a 1 time payment to try the product and it turns out its not the case. they keep charging me way more then agreed upon and wont let me quit the product and keeep charging me when they told and sold me on a whole other sinerio
stop billing me and stop lieing to customers and get the phone call recordings to prove i was lied too
Our customer service reached out to the customer and a resolution was reached with the customer and they were given Full Refunds on the transactions in question. The Customer stated that this was resolved to their satisfaction.
False advertising of risk free trial and subsequent charge of $87.28 on my credit card.
I signed up for a risk free trial of Pure Garcinia Cambogia. They asked for credit card information to bill $4.95 to ship the product. Upon receiving their shipment and reading the accompanying documents, I realized this was a SCAM and not really a RISK FREE TRIAL. I called to ask them to request a refund of the $87 they had billed to my credit card and they inform me they will cancel my subscription (which subscription??) but will not refund the $87.
This is a scam if I ever saw one. I did not consent to any $87 charge on my credit card. I signed up for a RISK FREE TRIAL. I want my money back immediately.
A refund of $87.28 CAD immediately.

Citimex Trading Ltd charged me again in my credit card for this thin secret garcinia cambogia which I did not order.
Citimex trading Ltd charged me again in my credit card last November 3,2017 for this garcinia cambogia $ 117 and max effect $113.The thing is I'm not inerested anymore with the said products. I do not know how to contact them. Hope you could help me in this matter. thank you!!
I want a full refund for this because the free trial that they send me was not succesfull. I experience side effects that's why I don't want this products anymore. thank you

They give me a 50% refund but I don't think I'll be needing it anymore that's why I want a full refund.

Billed multiple times after canceled the account. Never received any product let alone free trial period.
On October 3 I was billed for something called TNM*RIPPEDRX, which I never authorized. I was told this was a charge after a free cancellation period. I never received any product or written notice about the product or free cancellation period. After calling them and asking them to cancel any charges for their products and to cease and desist from charging my account they refunded me 1/2 of the charge and indicated that my account was canceled.
On October 13 a sister company charged me $89.41 for ALPHA TESTO SUPPORT@BEGINFL, and then proceeded to charge me the same amount on November 3, 2017. I called them and told them I had canceled all my accounts with them back in early October and wanted a complete refund. I have not received their product once let alone twice and wanted a refund. Again they offered me a refund of 1/2 of the amount and I could keep the product sent ... which was never received. According to their third party phone service this is all they could do.
So I have been charged for three products that I have not received and have received $43.25 refund for exceeding my "free trial period."
A complete refund of $270.27 plus a $29.95 NSF charge I incurred because they sent through the unauthorized charges.
