Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (2000, 7, 2016/01/28) */ I checked online this morning at hours and the permit was closedAlthough the issue has been resolved, I feel I should not have had to file a complaint to obtain a resolution when I had received no response from Cities Plumbling The fact that Michelle, the office assistant, told me she would hold my check until the permit was closed, and then finding the check cleared my account the next day has eroded my trust in this companyI also didn't appreciate the fact a male named Rich [redacted] started to bad mouth an inspector with the city of Minneapolis Jim, the plumber, I met with Cities one was more professional and was able to explain things more to meI believe he is an asset to Cities 1, In closing, I will not be conducting any further business with Cities Plumbing due to the erosion of trust
