Citi Pups

Review: I purchased a defective puppy and was not told of the poor condition it was in. Also Citipups was negligent in taking care of the puppy who has and continues to be battling a kennel cough infection that stems from her initial purchase date which amounts to a duration of seven months now. I have visited the vet on multiple occasions, lost money from work, travel and am incurring ongoing vet fees and aggravation that Citipups refuses to cover. They were negligent and liable for these problems and are refusing to make good on their poor business practices.Desired Settlement: I want Citipups, who covered the cost of the puppy in medical expenses and issued us a credit to their store, to continue to reimburse us until the puppy is fully healthy. The bills we are and continue to incur far outweigh what they have helped us with. We are spending hundreds upon hundred and are continuing to lose money as we speak. The aggravation and money lost is inexcusable and we are not liable for something that happened under their watch.
