Citi Cards

I have been an 'on time' paying customer of Citi Cards for about 8 months, never missing or being late any of those months. On May 7th I had a balance of $43 which I was positive I scheduled a payment for. On June 10th I received an automated phone call from Citi Card saying my account was passed due. So 2 late payments later my balance was $109. I called and they would not budge. Finally supervisor (Brian) said they would remove 1 of the late payments. I don't have an extra $25 to just hand out although I was happy to pay for the interest I incurred. They wouldn't budge on the late fee. I am an honest hard working person with a family to support. My payment was a little over a month past due and I was never late before...why couldn't you just work with me a little???
