On July 24 I went up to the store around like 3 AM and every time I come the person that owns the store he's always changing prices and never trying to really give a receipt so on this day I caught him his prices is always going up is so funny because me and my friend tested him and I sent her in and she bought a item the same exact item that I purchased and then I went into purchase the item and the prices was very different now he has a habit of doing this also if you're purchasing with the EBT card he's trying to buy food stamps which is illegal so they're buying food stamps for the store and then their repricing some of the items I'm filing this complaint because I've been over here in this area about two years and this been going on and I'm sick of it When I caught him in his act on the 24 he denied my service I have my money I did have an episode in the business because I'm tired of you know people treating the customers like this just because they own a business I didn't take nothing from the store for him to deny my service I another customer came down to interfere and try to calm the situation down he just wanted to deny my service I think its because I caught him in the act of trying to overprice me for something that is usually not the price that he was giving me so when I went back up the next day you know the stores next to my complex I have to use that stored at the gas station near me when I went back up there yesterday he denied my service and it's just he's been evil he didn't call the police he didn't report nothing to the police is not on a police report or anything so can I b denied my service ? I didn't steal from the store in order for my picture to be on the window as the previous thieves so therefore I have access to that store I still use the ATM but he do not want me to purchase anything which is not fair I have kids and this is the convenient store next to our house I'm just sick of him treating his customers like this like you know I caught him doing this before
