I was given a citation for street sweep, contractors were paving our street and they told us to take our vehicles out so I had to park two blocks away because there was no parking near by due to street repairs, some of our neighbors also got a citation due to the lack parking spaces and I don't think is fair, we usually don't park outside because we have plenty of parking space in our driveway, this time we had to leave one car out and we paid the price.

There was some type of system error; I sent the response yesterday.My response is the number they are requesting: ***Newburgh Heights, OH.This company sent me out an additional letter stating I had requested a hearing which I did not and that if I don't attend then it is an admission of guilt; this is illegalThis company is performing illegal activities with my personal information

Not very effective he could never find my ticket multiple tries correct information parking ticket but I'm sure if I don't pay it till still give me a suspended license even though their computer s***

I waited and finally called in after I saw that put a $34 penalty on a $43 ticket! Agent who answered claimed that they "mail" the reply. In today's digital age, why is USPS the only method of informing us to the status. In my case, I did not receive any email notification as citationprocessingcenter.com claimed. Don't waste your time appealing, citationprocessingcenter.com is just going to rip you off!

Received originally the citation (Nov 20, 2017) with two violations: 1) $75 without required parking permit ; 2) $60 registration tag no attached
For the 1st one I paid in full on Dec 22, 2017 and the check was deposited on 1/122018. For the 2nd one, I paid for registration but somehow didn't receive the tag from DMV. So I went to DMV had an officer write off the ticket. I attached the write off proof with the ticket together with the citation and check for the 1st citation.
Two months later after my check was deposit, I received the citation again with $40 charge. I called back and was told I still own $10 for the original citation and now the amount due is $40. Since my original citation was last November, I already passed the appealing time which is Dec 28, 2017. I was told there was no option for me and I have to pay $40. This is rip off. I have the photo copy of original citation, there was no place mentioned that I need to pay $10 (which leading to current $40). Secondly I haven't received any $10 amount due after the check deposit. And now all of sudden the due is $40. The custom service just told me I had to pay it and there was no other options. Then she just hanged up on me.

I was contacted by mail from the Franchise Tax Board and they stated that the California Citation Processing Center had intercepted my state tax refund for a debt from 2015. I called them to check the situation and as I had suspected I did not owe the debt. The debt was from a person that had the car before I purchased it. I'm reporting them because it seems as if they failed to complete their due diligence in accurately assigning the debt. I think they didn't even try because when you look at their website, it says you can appeal if you have a citation number, but I didn't have one, most likely because the citation didn't belong to me. I called them to see if I could submit my forms online so that they couldn't say that they didn't receive them or that they got lost. They told me that I had to send my paperwork by regular mail to them. I just want my money back and quickly.

This business is a third-party billing company. I have contacted this company numerous times to have my name removed from their collection notices and have sent a sworn affidavit according to Ohio law which dismisses their false claim. I have called multiple times and have been unable to get my name removed and this false account removed.
