Like those above I signed up with Citadel for Debt Relief at $350 appx a month for 3 years, I was told same thing, talked with their Law Group about being served and now that has turned into a judgment, a lien, a utilization use of 105%,owing more than ever. Told me to record all times and dates they called. Lawyer told me what to say as I am a disabled elder on a pension and a single mother of an adult special needs daughter still with me or I would have went into a home. I know there are many of us. My advising attorney will be calling me today as I was served by 2 Wisconsin Attorneys and as a retired civil servant my pension is exempt. Wisconsin cannot take it and I have nothing else. Noo social security. My own MEDICARE premiums Part A are deducted in the amount of almost $700 monthly and the $164, reimbursed in following monthly check. I was under a nursing Care at home for 2 1/2 years and now I am doing my God given strength to keep on living and dealing with what has happened to my financial life. It is funny, sarcastically, that my FICO still shows 0 missed payments and TD BANK kas really violated under the FGRA and other protections including ADA, knowingly, as that is why they had me talk to their law group. We all need a lawsuit, I believe it takes 3 to start and then does 4 thru?

I’m in the program since 2018 the program was for 3 yeas they take $350 from my account every month for 3 years to bay my credit card after 3 years they we will fixe my credit score now they disconnect the phone number that I was calling them and I still received letter and calls from credit card agency

Thought they were honest and helpful. But they Took me for all my money and after 4 years I’m still trying to clean up their mess. I had 2 1099C and one summons against me. Still haven’t got things cleaned up.

If anyone out there is trying to get a lawsuit started against them, please let me know.
