Review: Cisco credit services negotiated a settlement for me with "Discover Card" at $8300.00, which I paid them in full on 4-11-2014 and I also paid them $500.00f for their services. Today I got a letter from an attorney for a Judgement for the account with Discover that Cisco Credit Services negotiated for me. I have called Cisco Credit Services various times within the last month because I hired them to settle another claim and they have NOT returned any of my phone calls. I contacted the attorney and discovered that Cisco Credit Services NEVER paid them to settle the account. They collected the money for me and NEVER honored the contract they signed with me on 10-25-2013.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $8300.00 plus $500.00 for services never performed plus $1000.00 for the new contract that has NOT been honored either = $9800.00 paid in full by Cashiers ck NOT personal check
