I am rejecting this response because: they are lying. when I was hung up on multiple times, I told them that I never received any coupon. that's why I waited a week after speaking to them the following day after receiving the food. i was giving the USPS time to get the coupon to me. after waiting a week, that is when I called back & I was referred to the corporate office. i left 3 messages at that number over a period of 6 days & I received no call back. i then called the restaurant again & the manager said that he was going to call the police, then he hung up on me. i called back to try to tell him that I never received any coupon, if that's what he was thinking, but before I got the chance, he put the phone down on the counter. this is how I heard what he was saying to the police, he said that I was "crazy" & that I was "harassing them." he told me before he put the phone on the counter that "he knows my name, he knows my phone number, he knows my address & HE KNOWS WHERE I LIVE!" he scared me & I was horrified that he was actually on the phone wasting the time of the folsom police department. he was completely rude to me & I was terrified when I hung up, after hearing him on the phone with the police. i never called back since that night. if I had received the coupon, do you think that I would continue calling them???? after I was treated with no respect & labeled as a crazy person, I had decided that I wanted my money back after being treated like a criminal. they have no customer service what so ever. i went on yelp to see what other people have said about their restaurant & they all gave them one star out of five. they also mentioned that if they could have given them NO STARS, that they would have. please check the yelp reviews & this will substantiate my claims of being mistreated & there are also pix posted of the food that other people have been delivered. they all said that they would never go back & that they were treated badly by the staff. evidently, they treat all their customers with disrespect. that manager was abusive, disrespectful, impolite, discourteous, offensive & insulting to me. i have never been so embarrassed in my entire life. that is not how you treat another human being, especially if you are IN the hospitality business! when I spoke to a manager the day after the incident, I was willing to accept a coupon. that's why I waited for it to get mailed to me & I blamed the length of time on the post service. i now know that they lied & never even sent me a coupon. i want nothing to do with this restaurant ever again, so the only fair & appropriate thing to do is to refund me $34.08.
