Review: When my delivery of one large pizza and garlic bread arrived. My bill jumped from the 26.95 to 31.45. I called the following day to ask for an explanation of my bill because there was no mention on the bill of both of these $2.50 & 2$ charges in addition written at the bottom of my bill with no explanation. I was not told over the phone during delivery order I would be charged delivery and credit card processing fee. I called the restaurant the next day and to my suprise I was told"everyone who orders from here knows that's how they do things here"I explained to gentleman on the phone that I was a new customer and I was not happy about these charges and did not even know what they were as they were not marked on bill. I explained that I would not have tipped a delivery amount in addition of $4 if I was told that I was already being charged a delivery amount. I asked for a refund of the charges that were in addition. He had no response. I then asked if the manager or owner could call me back since he was not there and that did not happen either. We eat out at least 10 times a week multiple meals in a day, I have never felt so swindled. As a consumer I believe I have the right to pay a delivery fee as a tip not a forced charge and a credit card processing charge is just simply not a correct practice in [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like my $4 tip returned, $2.5 for the delivery charge and the $2 for credit card processing fee. The credit card companies charge around 4% of a bill so If this restaurant was trying to recover that fee would it not be around $1.00 so this restaurant is making a premium on credit card processing by charging me $2. I would like to be refunded $8.50The total bill was $31.45 plus 4 tip I was charged $35.45for one large pizza with half pepperoni and half sausage & garlic bread
