Customer brought vehicle in because gas tank was contaminated with water Repairs were performed by replacing injectors and pump If customer has problem with air conditioning/compressorit was not a part of the water contamination repair We did the repairs in accordance with his insurance company's adjuster decision.We would be willing to clean the area he says was dirty from the technician touching the seats, door handle, steering wheel and gear stick, if he would like to bring the vehicle inat no charge.In reference to the delay in receiving the check from the insurance company We evidentally did not get it and they had to stop payment and reissue That is not something that we had any control over.Repair Order states: Drained the fuel tank installed four new injectors and fuel pump Got vehicle water out vehicle runs fine at this time

Called VBRR for roof repair The business owner stated it would be at least $350, which would include a completed inspection with pictures and video of the roof and vent pipes, and also include minor repairs They showed up with a ladder that would not reach the roof, was told how high the roof was when contacted He inspected the roof in about minutes, came back with a few pictures on his cell phone Stated he would have put nails back in place and do some caulking He the said this would be $to fix the area where the leak was, but to go over the entire roof would be $ He also stated that he only guaranteed the work for days I completely lost confidence in the guy, the more he talked I ended up paying him a lesser amount to just leave! This is apparently a small time operation trying to screw customers I would steer clear of this roofing business

Good day I am more than happy to respond to the complaint issued by *** *** about the repair that was performed in our shop *** *** called to get an estimate from me for replacing a heater core and blower motor in his Dodge Durango and asked if we would install the
parts that he bought I told him that the labor to install the parts would be $but there would be no parts or labor warranty if we used his parts He agreed with those conditions and schedule the appointment I also told him that the repair would likely be started one day and be finished the next day.The blower motor that he brought did not come with the fan blades (squirrel cage) so in replacing it the technician has to remove the cage from the old blower motor and place it on the new one The cage was seized onto the old blower and our technician worked on removing the cage from the old blower for two hours before he gave up and asked me to get one The supplier did not have one in stock and had to order it therefore putting the completion of the repair one day behind I called *** *** and explained the situation and gave him the price of the new cage He agreed to move forward In the meantime, the technician once again attempted to remove the cage from the old blower hoping to not have to wait an additional day In doing so the plastic tip in the center of the cage that covers the rod of the blower motor broke off This absolutely made no difference in the replacement or repair of the blower motor After waiting the day for the new cage to arrive the technician finished the repair and took the vehicle for a drive The new blower motor would not turn on The technician tested the system and found that the blower motor was defective I called *** and told him what was going on He was upset of course especially when I told him that I wouldn't replace the blower motor for free I told him that I would contact *** (where he purchased the blower motor) and talk to them to see what I could do about the additional labor.While I was in the middle of contacting my sources at ***, *** *** called I will admit to hanging up on her simply because she was screaming at me for about three minute straight I couldn't get a word in edgewise so I said into the phone that if she could speak rationally she could call back but I doubt she heard it and I hung up Her mother called soon after and apologized for her daughters behavior, explaining that she has a nasty temper.Through my contacts at ***, I got them to agree to send me a new blower motor and pay for 1/of the labor to replace it when I returned the defective blower motor We replaced the motor, made sure that it worked, billed the customer for the original repair, 1/the labor for the second repair and no charge for the second blower motorIn short the customer was billed an addition $more than originally quoted. I was not at the office when the customer came to pick up the car but somehow *** *** ended up with the defective blower motor which I needed to return to *** for the labor warranty I called him the next day, explained why I needed it and asked him to bring it back He said that he would leave it outside out door the next evening The blower motor has not shown up yet and *** told me the second time I called for it that he was keeping it Therefore, *** has not credited my account for the second blower motor or the labor to install it, a total of about $ There will be no refund to the customer for any amount

He also stated that he only guaranteed the work for 90 days. I completely lost confidence in the guy, the more he talked. I ended up paying him a lesser amount to just leave! This is apparently a small time operation trying to screw customers. I would steer clear of this roofing business.

Great service, they handle all our Slate Roofs, Tar & Gravel, & all other membranes systems, Obviously 40 Years makes a difference;
