Circleback Lending

They are the worst company to get a loan from. When you call in to try to skip a payment they dont send you a paperwork to sign and then they take the money out of your account before the due date. When you try to call them to talk to a supervisor you have to call back like all most 2-3 times before they get you one.

I have had a loan with CircleBacklending since 2015. I have made payments on this loan and recently have had serious medical bills for both myself and my son. I
Contacted circleback lending in December 2019 and renegotiated the terms of my loan contract. As I want to pay the loan but the medical bills I have incurred come first. Shellie Baird from circleback lending was extremely helpful
And wrote a new loan contract for me. Something happened between December and January with this company. I have contacted circleback lending countless times I'm regards to the new loan contract as this amount is the amount I have been sending. No one calls me back, the company just keeps sending letters that my account is past due and fails to
recognize the renegotiated contract. I have even sent the contract back to
Them and was told the matter would be escalated and I would be contacted. This has not happened. I just received another 46 day past due letter and called today, February 8,2020 and asked to speak with a manager, the manager, ***, refused to speak with me on the phone and relayed to the customer service rep that I should call back for an answer ok Thursday. This closing is completely unacceptable.
