Circle Rental Management LLC is not a good company. They will get you to sign a lease which requires a 60 day termination notice in which they want you out with in 30 days. In my dealing with them, they actually changed the locks on the door so I could not enter the apartment I was renting from them the final month of my lease. They expect to use your rent time to make any changes to the apartment. These were not repairs either, just upgrades for the next person. Then they leave the doors wide open so that anyone can walk in, which on Dec. 7th they did, then try and hold the renter responsible for any damages. Very bad company that takes advantage of the renters. Stay away.
