Hello, in response to this complaint I would like to point out some factsUpon receiving this notice I had spoke to *** *** on Monday June *** and explained to her that this letter is sent to our customer base and is based off information we had regarding the current vehicle she
had previously purchased form the prior ownershipBased on the information in our system there may be a possibility that we may able to take her vehicle in on trade and upgrade her a new vehicle at the same or less then her current paymentThere is no guarantee that this will be the case as we DO NOT have access to certain criteria needed to complete the transaction such as, condition of the trade vehicle, payoff information and most important credit informationAll that information is only obtained when the consumer gives "consent" to the dealer to do soThat being said, I offered to continue efforts on upgrading *** *** to a new vehicle and I am awaiting a response
